DECATHLON is French Company specialized in Production and Retailing of Sports Goods all over the world. Founded in 1976, today Decathlon becomes an European leader of distribution (400 stores on the European, American and Asian continents) and of conception / production of sporting articles.

Through its 14 passion brands, for example Quechua for mountain sports, Tribord for water sports, B’twin for cycle sports, Domyos for fitness and gymnastics etc. Decathlon has 38,000 collaborators in 25 countries in the world and realized 4 billions Euro of annual C.A in 2006.

The group pursues the development of his two professions on a wide international perimeter:
--The design and manufacture of sporting goods
--Retailing sporting goods. Since 1992, in China, we have set up our production offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Qingdao, Xiamen, Taiwan, Nanjing and Ningbo.

On November 5th 2003, Decathlon's first Concept store in China opened successfully in Huamu (Shanghai Pudong).
Till today, Decathlon opened 17 concept stores in China:
-- 6 in Shanghai (Pudong: Huamu, Jinqiao; Puxi:Xinzhuang, Changning, Putuo, Xujing)
-- 3 in Beijing
-- 1 in Guangzhou
-- 2 in Shenzhen
-- 1 in Qingdao

-- 1 in Chengdu
